All Dobro, bre products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partner Printify, which works with a global network of print providers.
That means your items are custom printed just for you and shipped directly from the nearest production facility to your location.

🕓 Processing Time

Once you place your order, it takes 2–7 business days to process and print your items.
During peak seasons or holidays, production may take a few extra days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your country and the print provider’s location.

Typical delivery times:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
If your tracking number doesn’t update immediately, don’t worry — it can take a few days for the shipping carrier to register the package.

⚠️ Delays or Lost Packages

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to customs, postal service issues, or weather conditions.

🧾 Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
