Refund policy
At Dobro, bre, every item is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner Printify.
Because each product is custom printed just for you, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or color preferences.
🕐 Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible cases — that means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
📦 How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at info@dobrobre.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Since all products are fulfilled by Printify, the return address may vary depending on the print partner that produced your order. We’ll provide the exact address and instructions once your return request is reviewed and approved.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
We always want you to love your order — if there’s a problem caused by printing or shipping, we’ll fix it.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because all our products are printed individually, we cannot accept returns for:

Wrong size or fit

Change of mind

Color or design preference
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Please double-check all order details (size, color, design) before confirming your purchase.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not process traditional exchanges since every product is printed on demand.
If your order arrives damaged or with a misprint, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund once your claim is approved.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, but only if the item meets our damage or defect criteria as described above.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
